Keita H. Williams has over a decade of media relations and integrated storytelling experience. Her expertise includes traditional media relations, influencer engagement, national product launches and event management.
Keita holds a B.S. from Northwestern University in Communication Studies. In her previous experience, Keita has conceptualized and executed PR plans across brands of various sizes and stages. While tech has been her area focus, she has lead media relations for the Aloft Hotel brand positioning it as the go-to accommodations for savvy millennial travelers. Most recently, she successfully launched three consumer tech brands under ecommerce juggernaut, Anker Innovations. From mobile phones, tablets, laptops, apps and digital entertainment, her client experience includes Microsoft Windows 10, Amazon Digital Music and Movies, TracFone, Getty Images, Sony and CASIO G-Shock.
Keita has also facilitated key partnerships with nationally recognized brands like Dress for Success, Showtime and Complex Media. An astute marketer, Keita has previously organized and set a mass participation Guinness World Record™ for “The World’s Largest Coconut Orchestra” to celebrate Monty Python’s Spamalot on Broadway. This campaign went on to win the Marketing Agency Association Worldwide (MAAW) Globes Award for “Best Small Budget Campaign”.
