Passionate about housing advocacy and immigration reform, Anand believes in the power of compelling stories to create positive change. He brings 10 years of experience working for government, non-profits, and communications consulting agencies to help organizations speak clearly about critical issues.
Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, Anand studied history at Grinnell College. He’s since worked for Pyramid Communications, the Committee to End Homelessness in King County, Publicola, and the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota. As a consultant, Anand managed multifaceted projects, including developing strategic communications plans, creating messaging, and conducting brand audits.
He enjoys finding unconventional methods to make vital stories accessible and co-founded a social justice film festival in Santander, Spain. In his free time he is either playing basketball or talking to his cat about the next time he will play basketball.
