Molly brings over 20 years of experience working with nonprofits, public agencies, and small businesses on storytelling, audience engagement, and partnership development. At Team Soapbox, Molly leads strategic initiatives that translate complex topics like climate and environment, arts and culture, racial and social equity, and economic development into engaging and accessible public communications.

Molly brings exceptional writing, facilitation, and creative thinking skills to the communications projects she delivers with organizations such as the Office of Sustainability and Environment, Inspire Washington, Seattle City Light, Woodland Park Zoo, Social Venture Partners, Apprenticeship and Nontraditional Employment for Women, the American Institute of Architects, and Seattle Public Utilities. Molly also regularly creates compelling digital and broadcast materials by using her extensive experience in video and website production.

Before the ‘Box, Molly led marketing and development for over 200 public programs a year at Northwest Film Forum, including management of volunteer, membership, and fundraising initiatives. Pre-Seattle, Molly created multi-national and multi-year cultural diplomacy programs for the British Council, using arts-led strategies to build cross-cultural understanding.

Molly previously served on the board of a community-led education start-up and devotes her volunteer time to independent arts and food justice non-profits. She thrives on adventuring in the waterways and forests of her native Northwest and loves a good deep dive conversation about popular science or cinema.
